At Moroche ae, we aim to deliver Products experience swiftly, safely, and smoothly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, timelines, charges, and related terms across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

🚚 Shipping Within UAE

  • Delivery Time:

    • Main Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Remote Areas: 4–5 business days

  • Delivery Hours:

    • Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    • No deliveries on Saturdays or UAE public holidays

  • Shipping Provider:
    We partner with trusted courier companies including Aramex, Emirates Post, and others depending on your location.

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Free delivery on all orders across UAE

    • No hidden fees at checkout

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Sunday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all Emirates including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah

For extremely remote locations, extra time or manual delivery coordination may be required.

🔁 Missed Delivery or Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate.

  • If a delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, delays may occur and redelivery fees may apply.

✈️ International Shipping (Optional)

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we’re working on expanding our reach outside the UAE.
